   I’m sorry, I’m going to have to report that last photo to the Jeddah Dental Association. No dentist should be making faces at their patients, especially when their mouths are stuffed with cotton and sardine cans and old cigar butts and tubes and stuff. Very unprofessional, tsk, tsk!! : P
