Have A Break With Jim Carrey

Attaining success in life,  Jim Carrey told students in his recent commencement address at a university in Iowa, is about “letting the universe know what you want, and working toward it, while letting go of how it comes to pass.”

“Your job is not to figure out how it’s going to happen for you, but to open the door in your head, and when the door opens in real life, just walk through it.”

“Don’t worry if you miss your cue, because there’s always doors opening. They keep opening.”

“I’m just making a conscious choice to perceive challenges as something beneficial, so that I can deal with them in the most productive way.”

:)

Okay guys, let’s watch this

Tooth Of The Day

Relationship

Relationship

***

Falling in love and having a relationship are two different things.

***

“I mean, if the relationship can’t survive the long term,
why on earth would it be worth my time and energy for the short term?”
― Nicholas Sparks

***

“Well, it seems to me that the best relationships – the ones that last -are frequently the ones that are rooted in friendship.

You know, one day you look at the person and you see something more than you did the night before.

Like a switch has been flicked somewhere. And the person who was just a friend is…

suddenly the only person you can ever imagine yourself with.”

― Gillian Anderson

***

“It’s no good pretending that any relationship has a future if your record collections disagree violently

or if your favorite films wouldn’t even speak to each other if they met at a party.”
― Nick Hornby

***
The only real security is not in owning or possessing, not in demanding or expecting, not in hoping, even.
Security in a relationship lies neither in looking back to what it was,
nor forward to what it might be, but living in the present and accepting it as it is now.

Happy Weekdays Everyone!

More Selfies With Photoshop

It’s EED here.  The Holy month.  I prefer to spell it “EED” rather than “EID” as it commonly spelled.  Because when you reverse it, it would read like Die.

During this month we usually work in the night and it gives me some time to take some selfie pics of me and at the same time do some retouch using photoshop… hahaha

I find it very fun in doing so.  Any comment?  Yay! 😆

The Shift…

“Even
After
All this time
The Sun never says to the Earth,

“You owe me.”

Look
What happens
With a love like that,
It lights the whole sky.”~Hafez

I feel that I like to share this video in our cafe siesta today…. So just prepare your coffee maker to be ready.  It’s gonna be like 2 hours, hahahaha 🙂 I hope it will just inspired you, just like it did to me.  At the moment I believe that I am shifting gradually to something which I am not sure what is, because I am still in the process of allowing it….  Anyways, it would be nice to hear a note or two if you happen to experience some shift in your life.

A Sheer Delight To See

This is really neat…

Reading Terminal Market

Reading Terminal Market (Photo credit: roboppy)

On Saturday, April 24th, 2010, over thirty members of the Opera Company of Philadelphia Chorus and principal cast members from the upcoming production of LaTraviata converged on the Reading Terminal Market Italian Festival. Wearing street clothes and blending in with the crowd, the artists swung into action as the first orchestral strains of the famed “Brindisi” were piped through the market, giving a rousing, surprise performance for hundreds of delighted onlookers who were there to enjoy the Italian delicacies and the everyday treats that the Reading Terminal Market has to offer. The four-minute piece drew an overwhelming crowd, and won a thunderous ovation that included both laughter and tears from the audience.

To those who just loves Opera Music, surely you’d enjoy this 🙂

Have fun!
